1. General Provisions

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information will be considered a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure. It is your responsibility to notify cb77 immediately if your information changes.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cb77 may request documents at any time to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Withdrawals may be suspended until this verification process is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account closure.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your cb77 account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.

• Use a strong, unique password that you have not used on any other site.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds into cb77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited, and such deposits may be rejected or returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur in some cases due to additional verification processes.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
• cb77 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Applicable Fees & Taxes

cb77 generally does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees. Any applicable taxes are entirely the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cb77 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit), making the total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, applied to the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus will be awarded only once, and one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period from the date the bonus is awarded.
• If the deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• cb77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without notice.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• cb77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 VIP Program

cb77's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — offering weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. The criteria for advancing to a VIP tier and the associated benefits may change at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

cb77 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure verifiable and unbiased results.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are displayed in the game or market interface. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, cb77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and the staked amount will be returned.

6.3 Disconnection & Technical Issues

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by cb77

cb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time due to a breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the remaining funds may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. All withdrawable funds should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Requests for self-exclusion can also be made to our support team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

cb77 may impose a maintenance fee on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Contact the cb77 support team for the definition of inactivity and applicable fees.
